How do I purchase a Constellation Gift Card? |

Individual Orders
The preferred method for ordering cards is online. Our online ordering system is efficient and fully secured. You can order and pay for your Gift Card on the Constellation Gift Card website www.constellationgiftcard.com or you can visit the web site, print off an order form and fax it through to us with your payment details. If you are having difficulties online or require multiple values, please call our Gift Card Coordinator on 1300 650 464 and order over the phone. Gift Cards can be purchased immediately in $100 and $200 denominations from selected hotels.
Corporate Orders
If you wish to purchase cards on behalf of a company, it is preferred that you initially contact the Gift Card Coordinator on 1300 650 464 . Alternatively, you may send your order by email to centralreservations@constellationhotels.com and include the following details: The number of cards required; the value on each card, who the order is to be made attention to, the mailing address and a contact phone number. Please note in your email if an invoice is required and please include details as appropriate. Please ensure you include relevant contact details should the Gift Card Coordinator require any further information. |

What do I do if I want to purchase more that $1000 on one Constellation Gift Card? |
|

You would be required to purchase more than one card. You can purchase multiple cards up to $1000 value each. |

Is my Constellation Gift Card a credit card? |
|
|
No. Your Constellation Gift Card is a prepaid gift card that carries a fixed cash amount. This amount is determined at the time of purchase by the person buying the card. Each time you use your gift card, the required value is deducted from the available credit on your card. The balance of your card can be used at one or more hotels as full or part-payment, until the balance of your card reaches zero. Your gift card cannot be reloaded; however additional gift cards can be purchased. It can not be used towards reservations made via a travel agent or on a 3rd party website1. |

What can I get with my Constellation Gift Card? |
|
|
Your Gift Card has been loaded with the total amount indicated on your card. Constellation Gift Card offers access to each participating hotel's published rates, at the time of booking. Your gift card can be redeemed against your accommodation as well as incidental food and beverage charges. Your Constellation Gift Card can be used as full or part-payment of your room account including: restaurant in-house dining, in-room dining or any other incidental food and beverage charges incurred while you are a guest at any participating Constellation hotel throughout Australia. A Constellation Gift Card can be used many times, at one or more Constellation hotels, until the card balance reaches zero. It can not be used towards reservations made via a travel agent or booked on a 3rd party website2. |

Can I put additional value onto my card? |
|
|
Additional value cannot be added to a Card. All transactions are declined once a Card balance reaches zero. You may check the balance of your card at any time by entering your card details online at the Gift Card website www.constellationgiftcard.com If you have a query regarding the balance of your card please contact the Gift Card Enquiry Line on 1300 650 464 (Mon-Fri 7am to 7pm EST). Should you require additional value you may purchase extra Gift Cards; you may do this online on our website or arrange this with our Gift Card Coordinator on 1300 650 464 and order over the phone or at selected hotels. |

Are there any fees or charges associated with Constellation Gift Cards? |
|
|
There are no fees or charges in relation to Gift Card services such as checking your account balance or making your reservation. When you go online to visit our website (e.g. to check your card balance) your regular telecommunications and Internet Service Provider (ISP) charges apply. |

How long is my Card valid for? |
|
|
Your card is valid for 12 months. The valid to date is shown on the Gift Card carrier. |

Can I extend the validity of my card? |
|
|
No, your card is valid for 12 months only. The card will deactivate 12 months after the date of issue. |

Can I 'cash in' the balance of my card? |
|
|
Gift Card credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and cash change is not available for any remaining credit on the card. |

What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen? |
|
|
If your Gift Card has been lost or stolen you should contact Central Reservations immediately to see if it can be de-activated (generally the Gift Card identification number is required, so you should keep a separate record of this). To obtain a replacement card please write to Constellation Gift Card, PO Box 849, Manly, NSW 1655 enclosing a $30 administration fee (cheque or money order). If we are able to de-activate your lost or stolen card, we will reissue your card with the remaining balance. However if we are not able to successfully de-activate the lost or stolen Gift Card, a replacement Gift Card can not be issued and the $30 administration fee will be returned to you. |

If you are redeeming a Gift Card that has been purchased using Qantas Frequent Flyer points you will need to call 1300 650 464 to make a reservation. Reservations made online will not be accepted. |
